We will clean your Blanc Iris jewelry free of charge.
If there is a directly-managed store near you, you may bring the product to the store.

Coating Product Warranty
For coated products (Vermeil, Metal, etc.), we will recoat the product within 6 months of purchase free of charge.
Re-coating availability, time to finish, and cost will vary depending on the product, so please consult with us in advance.

Conditions for Returns

The return policy is that the product must be unused within 9 days from the date of receipt, and the following conditions must be met

Ring fitting service
This is a service that allows you to try on rings at home for those who have a specific ring in mind, but are not sure about the size.
