Shipping Delays Following the Earthquake in Kumamoto

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the recent earthquake in Kumamoto. We extend our deepest sympathies to all those impacted, and we sincerely hope for a swift recovery in the affected areas.

Deliveries to Kyushu and certain other regions are currently experiencing delays as a result of the earthquake.

In the areas most severely affected, our carrier has suspended parcel acceptance altogether. Orders placed for delivery to these areas cannot be fulfilled until service resumes.

Hikawa Town, Yatsushiro District

Delayed — deliveries to all of Kyushu are running behind schedule.
